Scouters

Scouters are devices that can detect ki and give a power reading of onyone. The first scouter was shown to us by Raditz.Usually the scouters are worn by saiyans and other species that can't sense ki.A scouter is always worn on the left eye.Always you cannot rely on the scouter, becouse your opponent may be hiding his true power.The scouter may melfunction and explode when it is detecting a too big power.
